Guests have been our world for generations. Our guiding stars are security, openness and tradition. In 1990, Johann and Anita Haas took over the gastronomic business and handed it over to their daughter Manuela Haas twenty years later, in 2010. The trained cook often swings the wooden spoon in the kitchen herself. Together with her partner Reinhold Preschl, a restaurateur himself, she manages the ``Hotel.Boarding.Haus Haas`` built in 2011, just opposite the Landgasthof Haas. The history of ``vom Haas`` shows: Even a family business does not stand still, but in a time in which the world seems to turn faster and faster, change and further development happens here from generation to generation cautiously & with care.
